help me get my hair like this.?

i have about the same hair length
but i dont know how she does it?
i need help pronto i just got herbal essence mousse and it dosent seem to look at all like this afterwards? what am i doing wrong.
i need a step by step practically to achive this hair.

Shes got fine hair and these curls aren’t natural, although she may have originally had a bit of curl in her hair. Shes had a spiral perm or demi wave, this has been done chemically, very gently, and professionally.
If she was to just leave it it would be looser curls (like pic 2) although she has looked after it and probably used a conditioning spray or serum to prevent frizz.
On pics 1 and 3 she has also had it styled with tongs, although the spiral curls are already their from the perm they have picked the curls out and tonged them to excentuate them more, they stay in place longer because of the perm, she has also used gold serum and shine spray to give it that sheen.
Sorry but you wont be able to do this on your own, the nearest you could get is if you get a friend to spiral curl your hair with tongs or straighteners, but that would take ages and wont last long. If curlers dont work for you to only way you can copy this properly is to get a perm professionally done. Perms arent like what they used to be, some salons refuse to even call them perms anymore. They are no longer just for the blue rinse shampoo and set old ladies.
Like Charlize proves they can be well done and very natural looking. Lots of people have perms, some just for root lift without curls or for easier control and managability, no one is any the wiser and thinks its natural.
Take your pics into a good trendy hairdressers and splash out on one, this is a very ‘in’ style at the moment and i bet it would look great on you.
