Who should fund work uniform costs?
Hi pals.
I am working for a Beauty company and they are asking me to pay for my uniform. The price is very expensive and also i have to pay for the postage cost. There is no doubt that they are overcharging me. Also the uniform comes with the company logo attached on it and no use for personal. Also I am a part timer and not earning much.
Could someone please advise me that they are legally right to charge me for my uniform on sucha above situation. please give your advise based on UK law.
